Refunds are eligible under the following conditions:
- Service cancellation by DIFY Drones.
- Service cancellation by the client before the scheduled service date.
- In case of a technical issue or unforeseen circumstances that prevent the successful completion of the project.
2. Refund Procedure:
- To request a refund, clients must contact DIFY Drones within 7 days from the date of the service.
- Refund requests should be submitted in writing via email to difydrones+refund@gmail.com
- Clients should provide the following information in their refund request:
Name
Contact information
Service date and details
Reason for the refund request
3. Refund Amounts:
- The refund amount will be determined based on the circumstances of the refund request:
- Service cancellation by DIFY Drones: A full refund of the service fee will be issued.
- Service cancellation by the client before the scheduled service date: Refund amount will be determined based on the timing of the cancellation and any costs already incurred by DIFY Drones.
- Technical issue or unforeseen circumstances: A partial or full refund may be issued based on the extent of the issue and its impact on the project.
4. Refund Timeline:
- Refunds will be processed within 30 business days from the date of receiving the refund request.
- The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
5. Non-Refundable Items:
- The following items are non-refundable:
- Any expenses already incurred by DIFY Drones for travel, equipment rental, permits, or other related costs.
- Services that have already been completed or delivered to the client.
6. Client Responsibilities:
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding the service requirements, location, and any other relevant details.
- Changes to the service details should be communicated to DIFY Drones as early as possible to avoid any potential issues.
